Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All our products are shipped in 3 to 5 working days from our boutique. If there is a delay you will be notified. In case your order is not shipped within 7 days you will be eligible for a full refund. Please allow 3-5 days from date of shipping for your products to be delivered. 

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days after you receive your package. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Paris 599 collection products cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Discounted products/sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In any case where you receive a product that is damaged, please email us a picture of the product at bardotfd@gmail.com, after we receive you email we will evaluate your return request.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement / exchange the product for a different product of the same value / refund your order amount within 21 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc. Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at incarnationsdesign@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at %{email %> and send your item to: 5 Nizamuddin East new, delhi, DL,  110013, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
